Box Fitness for Men
My box fit class is basically a boxing class. Even though these classes are in a nice friendly environment its definitely not a "boxing aerobic type of fun class". Make no mistake you will end up punching with power, you will be taught real boxing on a one to one basis, small groups or pairs in a private gym. We can just train as Boxers do but with out sparing or we can add light sparring which I strongly recommend for aerobic fitness, core strength, stamina mobility and for the self defence side of your training. If self defence is what you want to achieve from this type of class it's very important to spar, in other words box each other.
All my classes are tailor-made to each individual client. Some spar, some clients just do the training for body toning and fitness. These classes are not for what I call full contact hard core boxing, if you want that these classes are definitely not for you as I don't teach that type of full contact sparring classes. My classes are for all ages from 10 year old to 70 year old that want to learn how to box for fitness or for self defence and fitness and who want to train in a nice friendly, safe, none aggressive environment. You will be taught the noble art of boxing, but even though these classes are taught in what I call a nice way! Make no mistake you will end up learning how to box and you will end up being a good boxer, I will guarantee that! Even after 8 weeks you will definitely see and feel the difference.
What I aim to achieve for my client in these classes

- We do a waist work out in all these classes so you tone your body all over
- You will become more mobile and flexible
- You will become more confident if self defence, if that's what you want to achieve
- I want you to be aware if you want a fit, healthy toned body it's life style so that's training and healthy eating that's what gets you fit and makes you loose weight and gets you a fit healthy body it's not dieting
- I want you to feel good about yourself when you leave after one of my classes

I started training with Billy in boxing one year ago, I am not the biggest bloke and I did not have much power! I was assured by Billy that my power speed in striking would soon come.
