It's never to late to start training no matter how old you are. Whether you want to do traditional martial arts, boxing, kickboxing or weight training.

I started training with Billy at the age of 63 and I am still training now 10 years on. I have been doing Tae-Kwon-Do though out that time, I love the training in TKD it keeps me flexible and keeps my muscles toned. Its a great stress reliever. Over the past 10 years I have also been doing Billy's one to one box-fit classes, great fun and it's great mix with my TKD for fitness and for self-defence training. Thank you Billy for your patience, time and effort you have put into tailor making these classes for me as I was a late starter at 63 years old.

I started training with Billy when I was 43 years old a late starter but I still achieved my goals. Perhaps the best testimonial to Billy Vigor's training programmes is the number of people from all backgrounds who have trained with him, not for 1,2 or 3 years but for 10, 15 and over 20 years. Because he never stops learning himself he can always bring something "new".
