Personal Fitness Training
Depending on what your objectives are I can develop a personal fitness programme for you which will enable you to:

Combined with Self Defence Techniques
A number of the exercises and work-outs we do are based on martial arts drills and techniques. Depending on your objectives, these can be incorporated into your training to a greater or lesser extent. When properly applied they offer a quick and efficient method of self defence to make you:
- Feel more confident and enhance your body language
- Make yourself harder to target
- Anticipate possible directions of attack
- Apply appropriate blocks and counters
Contact or no Contact
Some clients, understandably, want their workouts to include sparring and physical contact. Others, for equally understandable reasons, do not. I welcome either. Clients who do not want physical contact can be assured they will never be placed in the same group as clients that do.
